Next Saturday, June 7th, at 2 p.m., an animation workshop for youngsters called “Portraits on Cardboard” will begin. This event will be run by the Curtas Metragens C.R.L. Education Service, under the guidance of director Patrícia Rodrigues.
Program
This workshop will explore the observation of others and the opportunity to look inwards. Participants will be challenged to portray the other through blind drawing and to create self-portraits through the exploration of different papers and cards. And to conclude the workshop, they will be invited to animate their self-portraits in stop-motion.
The workshop will last 1 hour and 45 minutes (105 minutes), with a maximum of 10 children registered, plus their parents or guardians.
