About
The Educational Service at Solar – Cinematic Art Gallery is vital to the organization’s initiatives. This project aims to align with the annual program by introducing young audiences to the concepts of art and cinema.
One of the key components of this initiative is the annual exhibition called Animar, which highlights the film creation process. In addition to this exhibition, the Curtas Metragens C. R. L. team provides ongoing monthly training and educational services, collaborating with various organizations and educational institutions.
The project primarily emphasizes animated cinema, fostering public discussions among young people about cinematic art. Activities include short film screenings, workshops, and seminars led by guest artists. These sessions facilitate accessible and clear dialogues regarding the techniques utilized in both documentary and animated filmmaking, thereby educating participants about film production processes. Over time, this initiative generates significant cultural and artistic impacts within the community.
A Curtas Metragens C. R. L. é uma Cooperativa de Produção Cultural que nos últimos anos tem apoiado a atividade letiva em Vila do Conde, concelhos vizinhos e um pouco por todo o país.
